Positive: Fairly good location, cheap price

Negative: Water pressure was non existent, and the water started brown for a full minute, but it eventually cleared up. Breakfast had limited options and the eggs looked very dry...even at 6:30am?

Summary: Cheap rate for a quick overnight sleep. If My room was on the other side for view of the river
