Positive: Loved the studio with kitchen and even a microwave and garbage disposal!

Negative: Better cleaning and vacuuming. There was hair by the soaps in the shower and a bottle cap on the floor of my room.

Summary: Decent little place, but I would have expected slightly lower rates.
