Positive: The location was great

Negative: I was charged through booking.com for this stay, and then at the property they told me I never paid and I had to pay full price a second time. When I tried talking to the front desk about it, the woman was incredibly rude. She was unhelpful, and disrespectful. While I understand she thought it was an issue with booking.com, the way she spoke to guests was totally unacceptable and honestly uncalled for.
