Situated just above the village of Cabris, a 12 minute drive from the famous perfum town of Grasse, a 50 minute drive to Nice airport, 20 minute to the Lac Saint Cassien which has beaches and water sports and 40 minutes drive to Cannes and it's sandy beaches.
The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood, with amazing open views overlooking the sea, the lake, the village and the whole valley below.
There is a private pool in front of the house and a nice garden and an area to play "Petanque".
Enter the villa into the dining area with large bay windows and a table for 6. The kitchen is on the same level, fully equipped.
The master bedroom with two single beds (which can also be made up as a double and an en-suite shower room with a toilet are also on the ground level.
