Our house is located in Pocono mountains. Delaware river, hiking and biking trails, lakes, private beach. Indoor and outdoor pools within 4 minutes drive to closest indoor pool. My Guide will give you ideas for dining and more.
House rules: Per the rental permit and our house rules, only 6 guests and two cars allowed. Tenants would have to sign Gust registration form and provide names of all guests and address of residence. Please refer to cancellation policy and our house rules for details.
The space
You will enjoy community indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis courts, skiing. Rafting, fine cuisine and much more within 4 min - 1 hour drive time. Your check in time is after 4 pm, check out 11 am. Entire four bedroom, two story house is for your use. Bed sheets and towels are provided. New 5 burners gas grill, kitchen is full stocked. Netflix and Pluto tv with hundreds of free channels will make your stay boring or otherwise.
Our house accommodates 6 guests. You will have 6 amenities passes, for things like the Pools, Skiing, Tennis, Gym. These need to be on the person whenever using these amenities.
Any lost passes will result in a $20 fee per pass.
After 9pm starts RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR time, no loud music and yelling outside.

Garbage removal: You agree to put all garbage in garbage bags (provided) and dump it at a designated recycling area (Decker Rd across from mail boxes). If you leave garbage in the house, you agree to pay $50.00 fine.
Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Guest access
Have a comfortable rest in three bedrooms with full size and master bedroom with queen and two twins. Full bath on first floor, half bath on second floor. Huge open terrace is the place to sit down, close your eyes and listen your inner self and wild life around. Take a swim in indoor and outdoor pools or enjoy swimming at the lake or relaxing on the beach, all located within 4-15 minutes driving time. Walking around lake, skiing, forest walking, bike riding, zip lining, snow or water tubes, go carts, shooting ranges, antique shops, sorry if I missed something....

Inside of the house, you will find instructions regarding garbage removal, thermostat settings, directions to and open hours for amenities, places to order and pick up pizza and various menus, other things for you to know to fully enjoy your stay. Check in- we will provide code for lock box attached to the entrance door, where you will retrieve two keys for the house.
