Nestled in the tranquil Hidden Valley neighborhood between Bel Air and Hope Ranch, this serene escape comfortably accommodates up to six guests—eight if you include the pull-out bed in the living room. Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac on a beautiful tree-lined street, the property borders a lush greenbelt with mature oak trees, offering a quiet, ranch-like atmosphere. Despite its secluded feel, it’s just two miles from Arroyo Burro Beach and four miles from downtown Santa Barbara. For added convenience, the home is equipped with a Tesla electric vehicle charging station. We only rent out our home occasionally when we are traveling, so it’s not available on a regular basis. This makes it a special opportunity to enjoy our space during your stay.

It comes fully stocked with cookware, an ice cream maker, waffle maker, serving ware, and glassware, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step through double glass doors onto a spacious patio featuring a teak table that seats eight, perfect for outdoor dining while overlooking the expansive backyard with mature oak trees. Relax on custom eucalyptus and cedar benches, or fire up the outdoor Blaze gas grill for a BBQ with a view. Nearby, a cozy seating area for eight surrounds a gas fire pit, providing warmth without the smoke.
Poolside Relaxation
The large, 35x20-foot pool is accessible through a sliding glass door from the living room and is surrounded by black bamboo and tropical plants. With a deep end reaching 10 feet and a shallow end of 3 feet, it's ideal for all ages. After a swim, enjoy the hot outdoor shower or unwind in the Jacuzzi, nestled among bamboo and palms. The pool is equipped with an easy-to-use CoverPro pool cover for added safety and peace of mind.

The home features three full bathrooms—one with a classic pink tub and shower, and another in the master bedroom with a standalone shower. A third, outdoor bathroom is conveniently located by the pool. While the bathrooms retain their original charm, they are fully functional and well-maintained.
