Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location close to the beach, nice big balcony with suitable sitting area and over spacious studio suite, perfect for longer stays. Suitable pool area that was relaxing and clean. There is a rooftop restaurant which isn’t open 7 days a week, good feature but not informed of it on checkin or made aware it’s only open part time.

Negative: Wifi in room was very intermittent, not one day was it persist or could use reliably (so much so the QR welcome code didn’t load on my phone once in 6 days) Only one room key available for 2 guests, when I asked for another I was told they were short on keys? Was told if we needed more toilet roll or towels during our stay to just ask, on both occasions we requested these items they were not available and I had to return later or in the morning ? Cleaning wasn’t included, yet there was no information provided on where to take bins out or cleaning products provided? It also wasn’t offered as an additional fee, I only found out you could pay for it cleaning through another review on here!
