The suite is completely private for you, featuring a private door, a private bathroom with a stand-up shower, a kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom with a king bed, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa—all exclusively for your use. There’s also a dining set for comfortable formal dining.

You will have one reserved parking spot in the driveway of the front house. If you need a second spot, street parking is available right in front of the yard. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking nearby if you prefer to park off-street. ALL FREE.

We provide essentials such as towels, soaps, shampoo, and hand wash. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, small fridge, and dining sets for your convenience.

The suite features a heat pump system that provides both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. Your safety is our priority! The suite includes large windows for emergency escape, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. An air quality detector is also present, along with a 24-hour security camera installed outside for added security.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO VAPING, NO TOBACCO, NO PARTIES, and NO WEAPONS are allowed both inside and outside of the property, including the yards. We appreciate your understanding that NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests.
