The space
perfect place for those looking to have a wonderful staycation in San Antonio, with the outside the city feeling. This Tiny home is comfortably placed atop our family’s 17 acre property located in Alamo Ranch area. Out of the way enough to be quiet but close enough to all the places you love and need!

Be aware it’s a ranch style property so you may encounter deer and other wild animals like rabbits, armadillos etc. Please don’t go to the areas where the grass it’s high it may be some other animals. We do pest control every 2 months but once in a while you will encounter scorpions specially in the hot weather please keep the door close to avoid it inside the house.
Guest access
The tiny home space includes a whole kitchenette, a small stove for a quick easy breakfast, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes and silverware. WIFI and high speed ethernet cable. City water. Concrete patio with country table, bbq pit and a fire place wood its available for sale.
Other things to note
We have an aerobic septic tank (an actual environmental water plant).
PLEASE FLUSH ONLY natural waste DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER. Please use trash bin for toilet paper, feminine products and everything else.
Our place it’s tiny and it doesn’t have a space for a big water heater. Be aware it’s not designed for long showers.
The futon doesn’t open unless it’s required as an extra bed and it have an extra charge of $15.00 when it’s only 2 people in the reservation, additional guests after 2 it’s a charge of $15.00 per day per extra guest.
The Tiny home shares the concrete patio, bbq pit and fire place with another tiny home and the RV that its for rent as well. be aware than other guest may be staying there.
We have a couple of medium sized dogs who are very friendly and are regularly out and about.
Our place is private, quiet with a nice night time sky! Enjoy sunset and sunrise in peace and privacy.
Lost keys or remote will be a $75.00 extra charge.
