Positive: Room was spacious and comfortable Location was quite good although not within walking distance to attractions Staff were helpful on arranging things to see Spa was good

Negative: No welcome drink or welcoming reception Breakfast was limited and poor, with the same things offered every day. Shower was cold and had to be run for 10 minutes before any hot water came!

Summary: Hotel is okay but service and facilities were lacking!
