Parkside Place is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. The complex includes a beautiful lakeside swimming pool, 4 covered docks with fish cleaning stations if you’re looking to catch your next meal, free parking, free and secure high-speed WiFi, and elevators to take you down to the lake and pool deck.
During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the pool for some sun, one of four covered dock for some of the best fishing around, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or of to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most necessities <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!
When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on one of 3 HUD Smart TVS, or challenge the rest of the family in Mortal Kombat, Joust, or Golden Tee on the Arcades.
Our condo has NO STEPS from the parking lot to the front door to worry about making it the best location for all ages and abilities. If you’d like to get down to the docks or pool, the elevator is just outside your front door. There is nothing keeping you from enjoying your stay!
BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our 10x30 Boat slip. Parkside Place DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.
Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex with some spots at either end designated for motorcycle parking. Handicapped parking is available directly outside this condo making it convenient for all abilities.
We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!
We are available by phone, text, email, and Vrbo if needed but have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us.
