A hidden gem close to the heart of Gloucester, a city that is bursting with history, is vibrant with events and festivals and has wonderful food and drinks offerings.
The property is ideally positioned in a quiet area so you can get away from it all & relax but walking distance to the centre and popular Quays area.
Stylishly decorated throughout the property is perfect for two with one king size bedroom, a living room with dining area, separate kitchen, good sized bathroom and private garden.
The space
Our amazing home is a fantastic base for couples to experience historic Gloucester and also explore Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, that is right on your doorstep!
Recently renovated Victorian redbrick only 10-15 minute walk to Gloucester Quays and the historical docks, and 20 minutes to the city centre. The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The property has been furnished to a superior standard with quirky retro decor throughout making the house a wonderful place to stay!
The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan living and dining area with a workspace. There's a log burner and Roku smart TV with apps for Netflix, Now TV, Disney+, Prime TV etc.
The separate modern kitchen is very well equipped and includes a vestibule that leads to a good sized garden.
The garden is private, making it a great place to relax and has outside furniture for al fresco dining!
The spacious modern bathroom has a rainfall shower (and separate shower head) as well as a bath, heated mirror and space for toiletries.
The first floor has a lovely bedroom with a king sized bed and a great vintage dressing table. Hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels are provided for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
Free street parking is always available either right outside or on adjoining street.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Gloucester Quays and the historical docks are only a 10 - minute walk where you will find shops, museums, restaurants and cafe bars. Boat trips and guided walks are available in the summer months.
It's around a 20 minute walk to the city centre, brimming with shops, restaurants and attractions - there's something to suit everyone.
Three's a popular fish & chip shop a 2 min walk away, many Indian restaurants within a 5-10 mins walk, loads of restaurants and bars at Gloucester Quays within a 15 min walk and even more in the city centre around a 20 mins walk (or short buses journey).

The famous Gloucester Cathedral, Stroud Farmers' Market, Over Farm Market, Kingsholm Stadium (Gloucester Rugby), Forest Green Rovers FC, National Waterways Museum, Painswick, Rococo Gardens, Slimbridge Wetlands Centre, kayaking and paddle boarding at the docks, JDR Karting (go karting, laser tag & axe throwing).
Getting around
Free street parking is always available within a minute of the front door, either right outside or on adjoining street.
Bus stops right by the house that take you straight to the city centre, Cheltenham, Stroud and lots of other parts of the Cotswolds.
Gloucester train station - is a 25min walk, 15min bus or 7min drive.
