Summary: Overall our experience was subpar. We were not allowed to checkin until 4:30 even thought 3pm checkin was guaranteed. We paid extra for family conceirge which was a huge waste of money. We never met our concierge and he didnt reach out to us until our last day. He was not able to help us get reservations onsite so we had to have dinner offsite. Everyone has family concierge so the "exclusive" areas are packed.
