Positive: We loved the layout of the 5 bedrooms for our family of 6 adults and 7 kids aged 5-14. The 2 king beds and the 1 queen bed have the beautiful, big window/glass door patio ocean views. We loved how the kitchen was supplied with plenty of cookware needed to cook or grill, as well as dinnerware, glassware, silverware. The gas grill was right outside the kitchen via sliding door and was perfectly located. The kids loved the pool area. The adults and kids loved the tables and couch sitting areas on the deck. We all loved the short trail to the beach. We rented bikes which was easy to take down the trail to the beach and we used the paved bike trails every day for a ride "somewhere". Parking for our 4 cars was plentiful. We had a great week. Loved it was pet friendly and they supplied pet covers for the 2 sofas which was a great idea. The furbabies also had a great week.

Negative: Didn't love the bedding on the queen bed. It didn't stay on the mattress well during the night and was a bit nubby. It worked ok for us, but the bed seemed smaller than the queen bed we are used to. If there was a space for a second small refrigerator for beverages it would have been helpful. We had to keep a cooler with ice for that as the kitchen fridge didn't have enough room.

Summary: We had a fabulous family vacation, the house and location was perfect
