The bonus den/office space is a wonderful feature for anyone needing an extra space to work however it does offer a pull-out sofa to provide ample space for extra family and friends to stay. This home also offers wonderful neighborhood amenities including a 7-minute walk to the beach and is steps away from the public golf course and tennis courts. The quiet and serene location make this pool home a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your much-needed vacation!
