The property has private access to the beach via either house, with the main house featuring two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a shared terrace with great view of the beach and ocean. The villa nearest the beach has a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a single room with adjoining bathroom, and its own kitchen. It also has rooftop access which is a rare way to enjoy both day and night on Anguilla (great for sunsets and stargazing).
We've recently renovated the ground floor which includes 4 twin beds in a shared area with an accompanying bathroom. This space is ideal for families with children or youth.
The larger villa's main floor opens up via large sliding french doors to a pool and terrace overlooking the ocean, and has a bar, dining area, kitchen with adjacent pantry + wine/beer fridge, and living room area with TV. Though the villa was recently renovated, the essential elements that make the house feel like a part of the Caribbean from a bygone era are still present.
