Our spacious condo is 1,390 sq. ft. and features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths (king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a two twin bedroom). Tastefully decorated and newly renovated with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (new photos coming) quartz countertops, new appliances, lighting and more. The condo overlooks the gorgeous marina and pool in the front, and the bay in the back, with views of historic Manteo and Jockeys Ridge. All bedrooms have decks with water views. The front deck features furniture and a swing, to enjoy the water views, breeze, and sunrise. Boat access just outside your door, enjoy jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, dolphin tours and charter fishing launches. Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, and Old Town Manteo - a charming waterfront community. The swimming pool and clubhouse with workout facility are waterfront for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation. This location allows you to relax and stay out of the fray if you wish to, or within a few minutes, be in the middle of it all.
