The wonderful two bedroom/two bathroom home is set in a beautiful green field with commanding views of Rosario Strait and Lummi Island in the distance. It is situated in the charming cottage community of Sea Acres on the quiet east side of Orcas Island. This small island community has been a vacation destination for years with so many folks coming back year after year. There is something very special about this community and the folks that make up its residents year-round. There is a wonderful community beach and even a summer dock for walking on.
The house itself is two story entering on the upper floor where you will find a good-size living room, dining room and kitchen area combined across its entire water view side. This area also opens onto a view deck with new propane BBQ and outside chairs and table. This is the perfect warm summer vantage point to watch the sunset on Lummi and Cypress Islands across Rosario Strait. The living room has a fireplace new Smart HDTV for your pleasure, including satellite television.
On this upper floor you will also find two well decorated queen bedrooms with comfy mattresses and hotel quality linens. These bedrooms share a bathroom with combination tub/shower and luxury towels.
Downstairs you will find a family/game room with game table, comfortable seating and another large screen television for watching satellite HD TV. Adjacent is a queen bed equipped sleeping area with water view and a shared hallway bathroom that has a combination tub/shower enclosure.
Sea Acres enjoys one of the best small pebble beaches on Orcas Island. Taking a cup of coffee down to the beach each morning will be a popular way to enjoy this wonderful home and location.
