Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location of the 2nd property we were moved to was excellent for going for a walk in the morning.

Negative: When we arrived at the booked property we found the bins were overflowing with takeaway, the beds had been slept in and the bathroom had wet towels everywhere. Opened minded property were easy to contact and offered a cleaner in about 2 hours or to move property to another large flat 45 minutes drive away... We took the second option and the flat was ok. The toilet seat was broken, the taps moved but the bedrooms were nice and hadn't been slept in. They agreed to pay for 3 cars to be parked having asked us for additional money for 3rd car. The booking procedure was incredibly long winded with documents needing signing driver licence sent and was overly complicated, annoying and then especially to find after jumping through all the hoops that they hadn't sent cleaners in after previous visitors had left a total mess. Overall we lost about 3 hours of our stay in moving property, starting the cleaning ourselves and in WhatsApp communications. I've requested a full refund but this has been ignored so far.

Summary: Not cleaned meant we have had to move property!
