Summary: The owner/manager was not given our arrival time, and did not have my GSM number. There were no instructions to contact her before arriving. The expected arrival time was given clearly to VRBO but not communicated. This resulted in a long wait at the door. The owner/manager was not given the" number of beds required and could not prepare the bedclothes beforehand. This was very unsatisfactory and disappointing.
