Nestled in the center of the village-step outside your door and you are surrounded by shops, restaurants & bars with the surf & sand only a few hundred feet away where you can see the mouth of the river and pier! Watch & listen to the waves crash while you sip your morning coffee. Light and bright this large studio sleeps 4 guests. Queen bed and futon with deluxe mattress. Parking permit for street parking.
The Space:
This unit is located on second floor. Guests must climb stairs to access.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

For parking, we have a pass that can be used for street parking once you get checked in. You can find it in the welcome binder.
If you plan to arrive early, you can park in a surrounding lot or any of the metered parking areas near the beach. There is a free lot called "Beach and Village Public Parking" on Google maps as well.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must respect neighboring units.
