THE SPACE
Ocean’s Edge 3B is spacious and beautifully decorated in a coastal appeal with large sofas, natural hardwood tables, pillow accents, and a 50” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room has a large table with 8 dining chairs. The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinetry with natural stone countertops, wooden bar chairs, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to create a culinary delight. There is a sliding glass wall system along the perimeter of the living and dining area that faces the Caribbean for the most impressive views throughout!!
A large, beautifully outfitted master bedroom sits just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with a shower and double sink vanity. The other two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with showers, 1-King bedroom, 2-Twins or 1-King (if twins are combined) bedroom. The suite also has a half bath and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

LOCATION
This great location is not only in the coveted “safest area of Ambergris Caye,” but is also only a short drive from all of the great restaurants, shopping, and fun beach bars San Pedro has to offer. The charming town of San Pedro, as well as many fun locations (such as Secret Beach) north of town, are a lot of fun to explore. This condo is professionally managed and you will have access to a professional and attentive team for help with things such as: golf cart rentals, transfer flights, water taxi information, shuttle to/from island air or water terminals, grocery provisioning, tours and activities, restaurant reservations, private chef services, “what to see in San Pedro,” and much, much more.
In addition to the rental rate, there is a $200 USD cleaning fee (plus tax). This is for your arrival/departure clean plus one mid-stay cleaning visit. You may purchase additional days of housekeeping, if desired.
THE SITE
Ocean's Edge has a large beach with a seawall, a shared pier for swimming, lounging, and access to tour boats, plenty of beach loungers, two palapas for shade, hammocks, and free access to kayaks and paddle boards. The pool is fresh water with plenty of loungers on the pool deck + a guest access bathroom. There is golf cart parking on the street-side of the complex and an elevator for floors 2-5.
