This exquisite oceanfront property is located just up the hill from the illustrious Capitola Village ( You are in the village). The dramatic panoramic view of the Monterey Bay is absolutely breathtaking from every room, as well as the patio.
The open concept floor plan consists of three bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a loft (counting as a bedroom) which in total will sleep 6 people very comfortably. This property is fantastic for relaxing, people watching, marine life viewing. Sunrises and Sunsets will leave you in awe while you gaze at the beautiful Monterey Bay.
Revel in the wide variety of local activities including (but certainly not limited to) seasonal whale watching, art, wine and music festivals as well as award-winning restaurants, locally owned gift shops, and several coastal California's most gorgeous State Parks.
The upstairs loft has a queen-sized bed and full ocean view. There is a small closet and sitting area and private balcony.
Downstairs, there is a queen-sized mattress with a private bathroom (ocean view from bed).
There is a second bedroom downstairs that has two bunk beds and a closet as well.
The house is also equipped with an air mattress if needed (that would sleep a total of eight). If you would like to have a private entrance with a double mattress and electric fireplace you can go to the office-laundry room with an ocean view. Many options for the blow-up mattress location.
