Positive: Clean and tidy room, but that’s the only positive.

Negative: No hot water. Barely warm the first night, completely cold the next morning. After a long Camino day, that’s unacceptable. Reception was unfriendly from the start. When we arrived, there was no greeting at all. Instead, the woman gave us a cold face and looked at us as if we owed her money. This was also the first time I was asked to write down my full address during a stay. I did so, but she insisted my postal code was wrong, repeating “No! No! No!” with confidence, only to realize later (after I showed her on Google Maps) that I was correct. No apology was offered. What a bad attitude! This lack of courtesy left a very poor impression. I’ve never met people like this in hospitality. I later noticed other reviews mentioning similar experiences with the same staff member, which I wish I had seen earlier.
