Scharbeutz is the ideal place to enjoy the most valuable time of the year. The fine sandy beach offers ideal bathing conditions for young and old. Long walks on the beach, bike tours or inline skating on the newly designed promenade, but also ideal sports conditions for water skiing, surfing, sailing and diving. The newly designed promenade with numerous cafes, such as the Café Important, numerous restaurants, the well-known Gosch Sylt and shops and viewpoints in the middle of the dune landscape invite you to stroll or enjoy a relaxing stay.

Our exclusive apartment house is located on the fine sandy Scharbeutzer beach with direct beach access. Ideal for small children as the beach slopes gently into the water. Beach chairs and loungers as well as pedal boats can be rented on the beach.
The center with shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Spend your vacation in our neat, non-smoking apartment house. You live in lovingly furnished apartments for 2-4 people right by the sea.
Our light-flooded apartment for 1-4 people (occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) is on the ground floor. Our tastefully furnished apartment is equipped in the living room with a large double bed with individual mattresses and a spring core sofa bed (lying area approx. 140 cm), a dining table, a sideboard with flat screen TV 81 cm screen size, DVD player and a stereo system with CD and cassette deck. Next door is a small hallway with a cloakroom, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. An initial supply of bed linen is available. The apartment also has a shower room with vanity and toilet, where our guests also have the initial set of towels and a hairdryer. The well-equipped kitchen newly installed in 2017 includes a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave with hot air and baking function
The initial supply of bed linen and towels is of course included.
Extras, such as a baby cot and highchairs, are included upon availability.

From Easter 2017, we are offering our guests a beach chair on the beach for booking. This is a service for our guests and is only valid when available, there is no entitlement to a beach chair. Our large, well-kept and flower-filled outdoor area offers you a large sun terrace, partly covered, with a barbecue area, loungers, beach chairs, tables and chairs as well as a sandpit, a play house with a children's kitchen and other games for our little guests. In the entrance area there is a selection of children's and adult books and board games for young and old to borrow free of charge, children's cassette recorders and cassettes, children's computers and a game console V-Tech V-Smile.
