Feel free to spend a warm summer evening outside the cabin while watching the sun set over the fjord. When the days get hot, there is a swimming area by the boathouse below the cottage.
For those interested in hiking, there are many and well-marked hiking trails in the area. It is also possible to take a trip on the fjord during your vacation, and a boat can be rented directly from the house owner upon request. A day trip to the nearest national park Blåfjella-Skjækerfjella is also recommended. For city tours you can visit Steinkjer or beautiful Trondheim with shopping streets and restaurants.
