Positive: Stayed at this design-focused hotel – the building's simple yet grand, and the rooms are top-notch with really classy fittings. Loved the APPELLES brand toiletries! Their own grounds with bamboo groves, rice paddies and tea fields were perfect for a stroll. Right next to the restaurant serving local dishes, there's this massive century-old camphor tree. Nights were dead quiet and the air felt fantastic. Got upgraded when I arrived, which made for an amazing getaway. Went to this resort as recommended by a mate, and yeah, totally worth it!
