3 Bedroom Condo in Vanderbilt Beach, Naples

Walk or ride bikes to Delnor Wiggins Beach, or call for a golf cart pick-up. This North Naples 3 BR 2 Bath Condo is newly updated, and available on a limited basis for rental guests. Take a break and unwind.
We are on the first floor, so no elevators, a private covered parking spot is provided, and our unit is feet from the heated pool. There is also shopping and several great restaurants nearby, many which offer early bird specials on food and drinks.
We provide bikes to use at your own risk, Our unit is available by the week, or monthly, with 15% monthly discounts May - December.
For 2025 high season, February - April 11th are booked, January is partially still available. The Vanderbilt Villas HSA requires an approved application completed by all quests, same for Pets for monthly quests. We charge a $200 cleaning fee, and required 12% Florida State tax. VRBO fees are additional.
All linens are provided, we have all new appliances, new master BR furniture, and we keep our unit especially clean. absolutely no smoking.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful condo for 1 week. Clean, quiet community- near many beautiful beaches! Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Lisa did an amazing job cleaning, it was spotless. Our kids enjoyed the communinal heated pool.
