Summary: The location of this house is great and we loved having a dock and walkability to town as well as beautiful lake views. While the house can fit 12, the house did feel full with 5 adults and a baby. Unfortunately, the inside of the home was not fully appointed. The grill was unusable and very dirty, the hot tub was not clean and had trash and party favors from the prior group and the trash cans were overflowing from the prior group as well. We also did not have hot water for a night and had to reset the circuit in the basement. That said, the owners were very responsive to our concerns which I appreciate, but too many issues for a vacation.
