2 Bedroom House in Quincy

Our home includes a Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a king size bed, ample storage space, a his and her closet, dresser, and lots of natural sunlight.

The Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window that faces our backyard. This bedroom is conveniently located right next to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious bathtub, shower, and a large vanity.

The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. The Living room hosts a futon which can be converted into a bed to fit an extra person, and a red couch large enough to be used as a bed for one more person. There is a 50” Smart TV with complementary access to Netflix. You’re also more than welcome to log into any of your own applications. The Internet is fast and reliable. The Dining area is conveniently located close the kitchen and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, a large island, and all the necessary supplies for a home cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee and tea for our guests. Attached to the kitchen, is a fully furnished outdoor floating deck where you can enjoy chirping sounds with your morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars.

The Backyard is extremely spacious and equipped with a picnic table and a hammock perfect for an afternoon nap. It's partially fenced to allow your pets to roam with minimal supervision. Parties and/or large gatherings are not allowed. If guest would like to use space for a gathering additional fee will be charged. Approval is at owners' discretion. If guest is found to have a gathering without owners' knowledge, guest will be asked to vacate the property and reservation will be canceled with no refund.

The Laundry Room is in the basement foyer and available for guests staying longer than 7 days. Guests saying less than 7 days can access the laundry room for an additional fee. Please contact our property manager for more information.

Summary: My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this home. Fit well for our needs. Nice sized kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries. It is a duplex and the person downstairs seems to be a permanent renter. Very nice and quiet gentleman. The neighbors on the street were all very quit as well. There is a dull roar from the busy road nearby. But not bothersome. I enjoyed reading on the back patio. The driveway is very steep. There are some things in disrepair that would improve the experience. Some broken blinds and the 2nd bedroom door is almost inoperable for closing. The owner was very quick to communicate and accommodating. I would stay here again.
