1. No smoking, vaping, or drug use on property — inside or outside. ($1,000 fine if discovered)
2. No parties. They are NOT allowed at this property. This includes loud music. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8am. If it is determined guests are having a large gathering or party OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call the police for disturbance. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Violations may result in removal without refund. ($2,000 fine if discovered)
3. No pets are allowed at this property. ($300 fine per night)
4. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation.
5. No package/mail delivery to the home. We recommend deliveries be made to a local FedEx/UPS.
6. Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items. Property and all furnishings are to remain in good order. Household Inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectful level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
7. Please be respectful of towels and linens.
8. Unapproved late checkout will incur a fee of $50/hr. Checkout is 10 AM.
9. No daily housekeeping is provided.
Long-term stays (30+ days) may request deep cleaning for $300.
