The house has three separate apartments that can be rented individually or together
The apartments together are ideal for up to 16 persons as the ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons while middle and top floor apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons each.
The ground floor apartment has one bedroom and a stylish open kitchen living room area, smart tv with netflix and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment on middle and top floor look the same and are divided into two separate bedrooms each and stylish open kitchen living room area furnished with a sofa bed (150x200), smart tv with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a walk in shower and laundry area (washing machine and dryer).
Master bedroom in both middle and top floor apartments has 2 single beds (90x200) joined together making a 180x200 bed with a 180x200 comforter mattress on top of the joined beds. Master bedroom also has a wardrobe.
Smaller bedroom in both middle and top floor apartments has two single 80x200 beds and a closet for clothes.
Bed linens and towels are provided for guests.

The house is near the harbor where whale watching and boat tours are available and is only a 5 minute walking distance from the city center with restaurants, bars, parks, movie theater, supermarkets, geothermal pool, a gym and free public transportation nearby.
