With 1300 square feet, Miramar Villa #2 has two bedrooms, two full baths, and an open plan kitchen/living-dining area plus of course a porch where you’ll love having your morning coffee & your evening drink while gazing at the Caribbean!
The unit is furnished with locally made wood & rattan furniture. The rounded dining alcove with bay windows give you views towards the pool and the sea; the TV/sitting area has a sofa bed which can be used for guest sleeping if needed. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and, among other great amenities, the condo has a washer/dryer as well.

Miramar Villas are located 2.5 miles/4 km south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:
--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A couple of good restaurants (4-10 minute walk)
And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
