Spacious living room tastefully decorated that sleeps 10 guests comfortably to a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and a fridge. We also have a washer and dryer so that you may do your laundry.
In case you bring pets:
- Walk your pets outside as needed to avoid urinating / droppings in the house’s front/ back yard.
- Do not leave pets at home unsupervised, if you leave the unit you should take them with you.
- All pets must be well trained/ behaved as to not disrupt neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
Princeton-by-the-Sea is a quiet neighborhood filled with ocean lovers and local shops. Walking distance, you'll find great places for breakfast or lunch like Ketch Joanne or Barbara's Fishtrap, which both have plenty of fresh seafood. For dinner, Mezza Luna is a nice Italian restaurant that is another local favorite.
The biggest attraction of the neighborhood, though, is surely the beach and harbor. You'll see sea lions napping on the docks and paddle-boarders on the weekends.

Getting Around:
By car, downtown Half Moon Bay is 5-10 minutes, SFO is 25 minutes, and downtown San Francisco is 40 minutes.
A car is highly recommended.
