Relax in this modern 4x2 Canal Home in the new part of Mariners Cove.

The alfresco opens up to the waterfront patio with the perfect family outdoor setting and spectacular views of the canal. If you're lucky enough you will see dolphins swimming past as they often come under the jetty.

The outdoor BBQ is a large 6 burner with built in fridge and sink.

Your own private 6m jetty is available for you to dock your boat, suitable for vessels up to 7.5m. If you do not have a boat, the summer period is a great time to catch crabs off the jetty. There is also a tap near the water for you to hose down your boat or clean the crabs near the water.

Indoors, the living room is an open plan area with raked ceilings, opening up to the alfresco with views of the canal. There is a lounge big enough to comfortably seat the family and watch TV, and a kitchen with large 900mm cooking appliances, with bi-fold windows that open up to the alfresco.

There are 3 x large bedrooms with Queen beds, one with a private ensuite. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds (single beds, sleeps 4). There is also a second bathroom and a separate powder room, and if required, a porta-cot and high-chair available for use.

The property is approximately 3km from the town foreshore with its restaurants, weekend markets, cinema and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. Alternatively, you could drive your boat into town!

The property comfortably suits up to 10 guests.

Summary: This house was incredible! We had 3 families stay and there were plenty of beds to accommodate us all. House was very clean and modern with everything you could want. We parked our boat at the jetty and the kids had a great time on the kayak and our paddle boards. Crabbing was fun from the jetty too. We loved the outdoor area and this was where we enjoyed all our meals. The evenings were spent on the outdoor couches, enjoying our view of the canal. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Communication from the owner was also great as was the location.
