Enter through a beautiful front patio lush with plants and comfortable seating. The main house entrance opens to a spacious open plan common area which includes living room, foyer and dining room. An extremely charming tiled kitchen can be used to whip up your gourmet delights, and it leads to a beautiful back patio. There is also a delightful tiled bathroom with shower downstairs.

Upstairs there’s a large, light-flooded (during the day, very dark at night) and sumptuous master bedroom. There is also a large children’s room which has a king mattress, so it's good for kids or adults. A cheerful guest room and vintage-style bathroom finish out the experience!

This is THE BEST location in San Juan (rivaling Old San Juan which is just as nice but a totally different experience)!

This beautiful home is steps from all the action - beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping. It is safe, walkable and usually very quiet because our house is on a dead-end street and surrounded by nice thick walls.

Secure parking inside our gated driveway for up to 4 cars!!! This neighborhood is highly walkable, and e-scooters also abound. Uber is also available.

We own an airbnb behind the house with completely separate and private access. If there are any concerns, like noise, please let us know. It is unlikely.
