This high standard chalet, completed in 2020, offers everything needed for a perfect family / friends stay. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people in its 190 m2 (+ 2 people on request in addition). and is situated less than 300m from the free ski bus stop and only 5 minutes’ drive from the Ovronnaz skilifts, Thermal baths and town centre.The chalet consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright, spacious living area with large French windows providing breathtaking views of the mountains. There are a sizeable dining table for 10 and a large comfortable lounge corner with a wood-burner, TV and a Sonos installation. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, American style fridge and freezer, espresso coffee machine (with fresh beans), fondue and raclette sets. The large panoramic balcony and terrace are accessible from the open-plan kitchen and dining area and include garden furniture and deck chairs. The lower floor consists of 3 nicely decorated bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. The bedrooms can be made up as twin or double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed in addition and can sleep up to 4 people. All three bedrooms look out over the garden and the valley. There are two large bathrooms with shower and one also has a separate bath. In addition, there is also a separate WC. On the first floor, you will find the cozy masterbedroom with TV and en-suite large bathroom with shower. The chalet has subfloor heating and free wifi everywhere. The TV’s all have a Chromecast to stream the content from your phone or computer. There is a spacious utility room at the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer and a skiroom with skiboot-heaters. There are 3-4 outdoor private parking spaces outside of the chalet.
