Guest Access:
The guest enjoys exclusive access to the entire ground floor of the home, which includes amenities like the dock, paddle boards, kayak, BBQ, and firepit. Guests also have access to the one-car garage with the option to park a car outside of that garage.
There is a washer and dryer in the garage that is shared with the upper unit.
Other Things to Note:
The Duffy boat is available for an additional charge of $400 per day. Let us know in advance if you would like to rent the Duffy boat during your stay. We’ll share a rental agreement for your safety and enjoyment.
● Street sweeping is every Tuesday from 8:30am-12:30 pm. Guests are responsible for observing all street signs.
● Trash day is on Mondays. Trash bins are located on the right hand side of the gate when facing the home from the street.
● This is a smoke free, vape free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.
● Please note that this home is intended for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. We kindly ask guest to respect the local noise ordinance, which is enforced starting at 9pm.
● This is a lower unit of a Duplex home.
