Summary: We booked a junior suite and it was very dirty upon checkin. Stains on walls, dirt on floors. Condition was also appalling and there was no hot water on second morning. No cleaning or tidying up was done during our stay. Restaurant downstairs has very poor service level with grumpy staff.
