WELCOME TO MOUNTAINSIDE 74...Your Perfect location in Grand County with easy access to Winter Park OR Rocky Mountain National Park! Located at the Base of Granby Ranch, it’s an easy walk to the chairlifts.


Gorgeous and completely updated condo located within Granby Ranch. We know you'll find our condo convenient, spacious and a perfect place to call your home away from home.


SAVE : Need an extended stay or multiple units? We have 2 units at Mountainside that are perfect for parties staying together and we encourage long stays.


KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, center island with seating and abundance of cooking and prep space. Updated throughout with a fully stocked kitchen (Spices, Keurig, cookware, etc.). For additional easy living we installed a FULL size washer/dryer (rare find up here) in the unit and offer free wireless internet access.


SLEEPING SPACES (Max of 7):
Two Bedroom Unit - Both bedrooms have new comfy mattresses and upgraded deluxe bedding.
Primary bedroom has a king mattress and ensuite private bath.
Second Bedroom has a gorgeous solid pine bunk bed with Full below/Twin on top, perfect for the kiddos or another couple. Plus additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is exceptionally large with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and second bedroom to take in the gorgeous views.


VIEWS: Unobstructed mountain views in this end unit. Enjoy relaxing on the deck in our rocking chairs, capping off a fun day of play.


HOME EXTRAS: We know the small things make a vacation spot perfect and we’ve included them at our condo – kitchen cookware and gadgets, name brand toiletries, upgraded bedding and towels, comfortable sleeping/relaxing spaces, as well as flat screen TV with abundance of movies. You’ll even find a nice selection of board games for days you decide to stay in. Comfortable furniture with plenty of linens and blankets. Luxury vinyl floors throughout (NO carpet!) and a new cozy gas fireplace on chilly nights. Our unit has the least amount of stairs in the complex. Once inside, only one step to the family room. We truly want our visitors to have an enjoyable stay with all the amenities of home.


AMENITIES: Outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), outdoor grill right outside building, tennis courts, basketball hoop, pickleball, small swing area.


SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to the unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.


BIKING: In summer, Granby Ranch provides some of the best downhill mountain biking in the world. Grand County has hundreds of miles of great mountain biking trails for all levels of bikers. Bike racks are available in the parking lot.


GOLFING. Grand County has four great golf courses, with the back nine of Granby Ranch Golf is visible from the deck. The clubhouse is only a mile away and has food and beverages for your enjoyment.


HIKING. During the summer, take the Quick Draw Lift (free) at the base of Granby Ranch and enjoy hiking trails throughout the mountain.


FISHING. We have world class fishing in the Fraser and Colorado rivers. If you like lake fishing or boating, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Granby Lakes are less than 30 minutes away. Several fishing outfitters are also available in the area.


WEDDINGS. Granby Ranch hosts many weddings every year and our unit is a perfect location if you’re traveling to attend one.


Or, drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) and Grand Lake, only 30 minutes away, to explore one of the most beautiful National Parks in the Country.

Summary: The place was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking at RMNP and really enjoyed coming back every evening to this comfortable condo. Communication with host was flawless.
