Washer and dryer are in separate laundry room. There is an ironing board and an iron in the cottage. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person. There are two good bathrooms, one with whirlpool for relaxation after an active day in the area. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating. There is a high chair and weekend bed. From the living room there is direct access to the large terrace area. Two terraces are covered and then there is a large, open terrace around most of the house. Here is always the opportunity to find sun or shade as well as ample opportunity for barbecue, relaxation and coziness. There is a lot of garden furniture. The plot is a flat cottage plot with lawn, and for the children there are set up swings and football goals. There is a charger for electric cars, but bring your own converter. Not for rent to youth groups.
