Inside there are 5+ bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, movie theater with 12 ft screen, game room (billiards, foosball, ping pong), gym (free weights, treadmill, elliptical machine); free WiFi, zonal heating & cooling, and large open concept lodge room and kitchen area for group gatherings.
Outside there are three decks or patios, a fire pit, small sandy beach, 32-ft dock for your own boats and personal watercraft, and an upper lawn area used for outdoor games or hosting wedding events.
