Back on the market after a couple of year hiatus. Averaged 4.92 stars previously. 3-Story townhome in heart of lovely Noe Valley. Relax in 1250 sq feet of living space.
The top floor master king suite has linen sheets, quality allergy-sensitive pillows, and sweeping city views. There is an en suite half bath plus an extra full bath just outside the door and very private. A washer/dryer is included. Several skylights bring in lots of natural light.
The 2nd floor includes a modern chef's kitchen with an embedded TV, a dining room and living room with wood-burning fireplace in an open floor plan. Pass-through/talk through opening betwen the rooms facilitates fun interactions. Quality artwork graces the walls.
The 1st floor bedrrom has a queen bed and window seat to overlook the city, a full bath (shower only), and a relaxing den with TV. There are 2.5 Bathrooms in total in our home.
The back garden includes beautiful landscaping highlighted by exotic japanese maples and teak furniture for a relaxing outdoor retreat. A large redwood hot tub takes the relaxation to the next level. Plus there is a gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking needs.
All TVs include Apple TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and more.
Beneath our home is a 1 car private garage for secure parking.
It's just few steps to public transit, with a Muni bus stop only 1/2 block away, This takes you directly to the Castro, Market St and across town all the way to the Marina. A short 2 block walk takes you to a Muni line that take you to Union Square, downtown and the Ferry Building. Quick car access to Hwy 80/101 to go to the airport, Silicon Valley, San Jose and the Bay Bridge or Golden Gate Bridge that lead to the east bay and the wine country.
The enchanting 24th shopping street is just a few block's walk away where you will find a Whole Foods, a farmer's market on Saturday, lots of coffee shops and boutique retailers and a variety of local restaurants. There are a few smaller-sized bars in the area which cater more to local patrons.
You will have complete and private access to all three levels of this home (with the exception of an office on the third floor that I use as an owner's room). You will also have private access to the garden retreat with hot tub. The top level has 1.5 baths with the half bath en suite and the full bath just outside, but private as there this encompasses everything on the top level. The 2nd bath has its own floor basically to itself so the bath, while outside of the bedroom feels very private. Parking is in an indoor 1 car garage, so your car is secure (even though the neighborhood is typically very safe).
