Summary: The condo was beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was both refreshing and quiet, making it feel like our own private oasis overlooking Lake Washington. We used the AC unit in one of the bedrooms, which would get down to 64-66 degrees at night, and strategically placed two fans to circulate the cool air to the secondary bedroom and the living room & kitchen, keeping the rest of the condo between 74-76 degrees. We also closed curtains before the afternoon heat to maintain these temperatures. Beautiful sand beaches at Juanita Beach were just a 2-5 minute walk away through a charming forest path leading over a wooden bridge. My family spent the days at the beach and the evenings in the pool. We were thrilled with the location, the quietness, and the beauty of the condo. Highly recommended for friends and family.
