We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary.
The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. No, the pool is not heated; it is about 70 to 75°F year-round. It can not be heated. The hot tub is 102°F.
This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs. ONLY Tolit paper should be flushed. Garbage disposals are NOT FOR FOOD. DO NOT grind up trash and send it down the sink.
