Summary: This deserves much more than an 8.4 rating. We had one of the best ski stays ever at the Arai and we’ve stayed at Chamonix, Aspen, Jackson Hole, and Big Sky. The hospitality and food was amazing with some of the best service possible. The price was so much more reasonable than any other US destination. Thank you Lotte Arai.
