Nestled down in the depths of the beautiful countryside of Halikounas, only a stone's throw away from the south west rugged and dramatic coastline, sits this fantastic, recently built (in 2018) villa. Lepti Ammos is set amongst large gated grounds, offering a host of mature trees and lawned gardens all which surround the property, and provides that ideal tranquil setting. This charming two bedroom property has been very tastefully styled in a modern design, offering charming neutral colourings throughout and enjoys a lovely open living area, with high beamed ceilings giving a wealth of airiness and space to the property, with the two ensuite bedrooms, then leading off from this area. From the living area, patio doors lead out a lovely covered terrace, which overlooks the newly built (for 2019) swimming pool. For the beach lovers amongst us, the stunning sandy beach of Halikounas can be found just a few minutes' drive away, and for those looking for the closest amenities, several tavernas can be found scattered around the neighbouring countryside within a 10 minute drive; the larger village of Agios Mattheos with its selection of amenities and mini-market is also found 10 minutes away.
