The house is located on Lake Plauer on its own large meadow in a conservation area near Alt Schwerin.
The house has its own flat beach.
It is surrounded by a forest and the lake. The house and the ones inside
Apartments are popular with large families and anglers.
In combination of a large apartment with other apartments you have
over a lot of space.
It is protected from the sun and rain on the terraces.
The boats and the grill are available free of charge.
The Plauer See has beautiful flat sandy beaches.
You can swim, row, fish, go boating in front of the reeds and see schools of fish of roach, perch and lead in the water.
If you are lucky, you will also see a pike.
A fishing license / tourist fishing license and a fishing license are required for fishing. You can buy both here.
Your children can learn rowing and fishing here.
