The pool is wonderful in the summer and comes with lots of gear and items to help you have fun with family and friends. The large pool is not heated, the outdoor temperature will need to be high enough for the pool water temperature to be comfortable. The hot tub is heated.
The kitchen is the centerpiece of our home and it is fully stocked with many spices and cooking oils. We made a local guide to share the restaurants in the area that are worth trying as well.
If you are traveling with children we have some sippy cups and kid appropriate dishware which you are welcome to use. There are also a bunch of toys in the upstairs game room. We have 2 pack-n-play travel cribs available.
Guest Access:
Please park on our large driveway inside our private gate. Please do not park outside our gate or in front of a neighbor's home. Thank you!
Other Things to Note:
The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home and a third-party professional dry cleaning company to clean any sheets and towels! At least two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they scrub, vacuum, mop, replace all the sheets and towels in the entire home, and more! A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request.
The jet skis, boat, and docking equipment are off limits and do not come with a reservation. Guests may rent watercraft from a nearby establishment. Guests are not allowed to dock at our dock. You are welcome to fish off of the dock but will need to bring your own supplies.
The pool deck is very slippery when wet, please use caution. No diving, no running, no glass in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times and you are responsible for ensuring their safety.
The occupancy limit of our home is 10 guests. We cannot host more than 10 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. We do not host parties, events, shindigs, or related occasions. We have a security camera at the front door, back door, and overlooking the pool equipment.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside.
**Important** Please make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest accounted for in the reservation, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoos, soaps and toothpastes.
