Retreat to this gorgeous unique multi-level spacious A frame 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 living room home. Lush lawn has 200 ft. lake front in peaceful beautiful tree lined cove. Lounge in chairs on upper deck of dock then swim or tie off float and relax. Fish from dock or rowboat or enjoy 3 person canoe or kayak. Motor boat rentals are available in same cove. Huge double deck dock has jet ski lifts available. Horseshoe pits , bbq grill, firepit, Great room downstairs has exit to patio and nice view of lake with 4 beds consisting of 2 bunks , full and twin on each. 2 recliners, 2 comfy full size sofas,tv DVD player, many DVDs . Upstairs has lovely living room with direct tv and great lake view also with balcony. Between 2 living rooms there are 4 full size comfy sofas. 3rd level floor has queen bedroom with balcony to front street side, also has full bathroom and twin bed niche area off hallway.
We are always available by text or vrbo message. Host’s home is the one story section attached to this multi level building separated from guest house by a locked door. Owners home is a lower level. When we are there, you may see us wave from a distance on our separate back patio when you are on the water. There is also a 2 person cabin on the property that rents also. If there are guests in cabin they may share large dock or outside amenities. See pictures of many attractions less than 30 minute drive like :Canton,Tx largest flee market or drive through safari, fishery, land of lights in winter and more. No pets allowed. 5 car size vehicles allowed or 4 and 1 boat trailer. Please do not park in street or neighbors yard. It’s easier to back trailer in drive if you turn on Terry Trace from Charlotte, it circles around to my street .
